New 223cc Karizma FI to take on the Pulsar 220 DTS-Fi

HERO Honda will soon launch a fuel-injected version of its 223cc Karizma. As is well known the company had announced at the launch of the Glamour FI plans to introduce other models in its line-up with Honda’s new age PGM-FI technology which includes its 150cc offering the Achiever as well. Needless to say, the Karizma which hitherto hasn’t been selling too well, will command a premium over the already pricey carburetted version.
Further, the bike is not expected to come overloaded with features like a rear disc brake besides self cancelling indicators as seen on arch rival Bajaj Auto’s 220cc fuel injected Pulsar. Which is expected to hit markets in a few months.

If HH launch at a sensible prize with the support of cheap and readily available spares at least on order basis will make this product more popular. But anyway , it will be well over the price of dts-fi because of royalty to be paid to Honda. And without jazzi gadgets , i think its gonna be another failure.

…Pulsar 220 or Karizma… I’ve tried out both the bikes on low,high and top speeds.All i noticed was that Pulsar vibrates quite a bit but Karizma doesn’t shake a single bit.Also the feel is the best when u ride a Karizma,Pulsar220 looks more like a toy…When it comes to stats Pulsar claims quite much but the ground reality is something which always turns out to be the other way round.Karizma stands first when u talk of a smooth machine…Also in most of the magazines dedicated to biking Karizma is voted as the best n the most reliable bike on varied terrains in comparison to Avenger,Bullet n Pulsar…I guess there’s nothing better than a Karizma atleast on Indian roads…

who’s got an ecu system?p220
who’s got split seats?p220
who’s got the best lights?p220
who’s got the max power?p220
nw who’s got a handle like a normal 100cc bike?who’s got a old analogue console?who’s got terribly poor technology?who’s got much less power,less pickup,low top speed,low mileage,?the answer to all is karizma.fucked up bike.a shame 2 indian bikes is karizma.worst bike ever.

hey bro, i`ve got p180 1 yr back and i feel the need for speed .
its arising too much in me now, my parents wont allow me to purchase a bike till next 3 yrs
i was a die hard fan of karizma, but the new machines like p220 and p200 which shows, 20 and 18 bhp correspondingly, are definitely the best buys in terms of power and accceleration.
so i think hero honda should keep this in mind and produce a cost effective performance upgraded KARIZMA .
I want ZMA to rise up again in terms of power, style, stability , handling and acceleration.

to be precise Farhaans dad. As i also ride a bike with a handle that has looks like uncle.
So all zma riders are Farhaans uncle and I am his dad.

pulsar 220 and 200 rule….!! KARIZMA IS WASTE…! NO FEATURES IN IT…! NOT EVEN THE HANDLE….! THE HANDLE OF KARIZMA LOOKS LIKE UNCLE’S BIKES….!! WORST BIKE KARIZMA…!
