Another miracle by Bajaj Auto Limited .. and for me , it turned out as another big loss due to my want-it-now attitude
. I bought my new 180 Dtsi V2.1 (Fear the black series) 2 months ago. I heard about the new 180 which was about to launch any where between november and december. But BAL cheated me and launched it Yesterday!! If i knew it when i was about to buy my bike, may be , i could have waited for another 45 days..And to add to my loss, BAL is selling at the same price!!! a digital bike (!!!) with cosmetic mods + a better clutch/gear assembly for same price!!! I checked Bajaj Pro Biking showroom in Trivandrum and they havnt received new stocks. So , I am simply stealing pics from other online sources
. I’l explain new addons by pics.. read on..
First a video of Self check on start up.. A cool feature.. ((Video May Take time to load …))
Back end is more sharp now!

Now, this is what i miss baadly in my bike
A cool digital display with orange backlight.Key seems to be new 1 in 3000 combination series

Side panel is new , with some grills..Dont know exactly what it is there for , may be for cooling ECU
Thats another ‘big’ change.ew tail end. Sharper and pointing up

Switches are backlited! I think thats another first in india feature

Thats the display unit. Bad pic quality. I’l post a clear one as soon as its available in Trivandrum

Digi display in action. A fuel indicator (digital) , speedo meter(digital) ,trip meter(digital) battery condition , over rev indicator( red light in tacho meter)

Thats LED tail Lamp.. According to bajaj , its maintanance free!!

Thats the Over Rev indicator light. It lights up when you rev up above limit..COool..And it also glows when you are low on fuel..

Killer Red ones..
