Deleted Orkut accounts can be re-activated!

If you have ever tried to delete an Orkut account ( A real a/c which you build up by years!) you know the pain in it! Yea.. I now know it. Parting with old friends which i got back through Orkut, the new ones whom i found from orkut, communities .. everything will haunt you after that. Even if you try to re activate the account just after the second you pressed that “delete” button , you will fail. Orkut has clearly stated that ‘they will never help/support in re-enabling the self-deleted accounts’ . But still… ways are there…

I decided to delete my Orkut account as i found it as less interesting than last 2 years.More spam, more friends to manage, more communities to visit, the fights and scrap wars, prank profiles having pic and name of a girl but managed by a guy with out a **** … . All these things made me to hate Orkut. After thinking and mixing up a lot, i made up my mind to press the delete button.

Orkut is not in my Services.

And finally i became a non-orkutian! I was calm and happy. But only for a few minutes. I loged in to check how my friends are responding.. Even though i deleted my profile, the process will complete only after 24 hours (as said by Orkut). So we can still login and check everything , but cant respond. I got scraps from almost all my friends asking why i am deleting my profile.

But i re-enabled my profile now! How?? Secret! Not a big deal though.. But want to keep it secret as it may cause some problems related to hacking.. Mailed Orkut guys now about the issue.If you think i am lying you can check my profile @ http://www.orkut.com/Home.aspx?xid=13201059641369514590
